When both of the plugs are working. It’s great. But one of the pods is almost never working. Even if they are fully charged.

!!! Update after 2 months, very good deal for the price !!!

After ordering my Liberty 4 NCs, I'm already starting to appreciate them, especially for the ANC. The ANC is immediately noticeable. I'd recommend this product above all to those who want a good ANC. But the microphone is good in a quiet environment noisy environment is not good not bad. The sound is good, even very good (I've only just discovered the soundcore signature, so I'm having to adapt).

I observed three negative points on my side:
1) The volume limit sometimes bugs and goes up abruptly, which makes for an unpleasant experience.

In conclusion: many positive points and very good equipment. The negative points can be improved with an update.

Little bonus: they clearly have $50 less for sound and ANC 😁

If you want them, go for it!

Best earbuds from Soundcore yet. I guarantee you won't be disappointed at all with this purchase. They sound like I'm in a recording studio, then putting myself in with the band at the exact same time and EVEN farther than that. That's how I can put it the best way in my words, I just got them not even ~20 min ago. They're a stunning product I also like the way you guys added wireless charging to the case also, GREAT job soundcore!!

The earbuds themselves are fantastic--- The sound is great, especially once changed to the acoustic or piano profile. The noise cancellation works great for tuning out other music or the loud machinery in a workshop. They are comfortable and generally stay in, but can get a little loose during exercise. The app has so many options for control and the earbuds themselves have many more features than competitors like airpods. However, perhaps the best part is Anker/Soundcore's amazing customer service. They respond super quickly, often on the same day, and will stop at nothing to resolve your issue. When the recommended fixes didn't work, I was sent a prepaid express shipping label and received my replacement only five days later!!! Other companies should take notes.
